保修说明注意事项
一.凡在公司商品售出之日起,SSD系列实行3年保修的售后服务政策 。
Warranty Validity: Within 3 years for SSD type Sxssdisk after upon the date of sale.
二.公司产品一经售出,概不退换,也不负责不同型号商品的退换,如有特殊情况,需事先声明。
Products Return Policy: Any Sxssdisk SSD Without quality problem will not accept goods return or replacement with another different model.
三.保修产品必须是我公司生产或者销售的产品,如果是其他公司生产的产品或仿冒本公司产品,本公司有权拒绝维修。
Products Warranty Limitation : Only certified Sxssdisk SSD are under the policy of warranty.
四.以下情况,本公司不予以提供维修服务:
Products under one of following condition are beyond warranty services.
1. 未贴我公司保修标签的,或者保修标签破损或不全、无法辨认日期的;
Products without or with damaged Sxssdisk Warranty label,or date of sell label unrecognizable.
2. 敬请用户购买商品前仔细看有无物理破坏,我公司商品一经售出凡有物理破坏的,本公司不予维修,如外壳破裂,芯片有明显烧坏,PCB板优化上等;
Qualified products damaged after sell due to physical or man-made causes, for example, housing broken, chips burn off and PCB board scuff,etc.
3. 因人为不慎或错误使用导致损坏或零部件缺损的;
Incautions or incorrect use of products leads to product depart or damage.
4. 因自行拆修或更换零部件而产生故障的;
Users open, repair and replace part and components of products by themselves.
5. 因用户运输、使用、保管不当导致损坏的;
Unexpected damage during transportation, incorrect use and preservation by users.
6. 无保修标贴、出库单、保修卡其中任何一项的;
Products without warranty label. S/N label and warranty card.
7. 超过产品保修期限的。
Warranty period is expired.
8. 不提供数据恢复服务。
No data recovery service.
五.客户送修产品返回后,质保期不变,仍以原售之日为准。
Warranty period beginning date: From upon the date of sell only.
六.如用户产品不在本公司质保范围内,但仍可修复时,本公司将酌情收取维修费用,商品可否维修,由本公司技术人员决定。
Services for expired products. Workable products with warranty period expired are provided warranty services based upon certain maintenance charges. Maintenance charges are negotiable.
